From youth, to veterans, to retirees, Genacta provides assistance, social work, and skilled medical services to Alaskans for a wide variety of services. Your home, our home, or out and about, Genacta is there when and where you need us!
Genacta sends personal aides to the homes of clients to help with homemaking, personal care, companion care, errands, and transportation assistance. We also send skilled nurses to help with medical needs.
When seniors or people with disabilities need help at home, Alaska Medicaid pays Genacta up to 100% to send formally trained, nurse-supervised personal aides. Our aides help with shopping, laundry, light housework, bathing, dressing, and more.
Get paid to take care of your own family member or close personal friend. Alaska Medicaid pays Genacta up to 100% when people need care but prefer to choose and supervise their own personal care assistant.
In-home nursing for medically fragile or technology-dependent children. Also, assistants to help care for children with developmental disabilities.

Assistance and skills training in self-help, independence, and community integration for minors and adults with complex medical conditions or intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Genacta has a group home in the Mat-Su Valley providing residential care for up to 16 individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
